Description of NJStar Chinese Pen 2.0:
This program allows user to use mouse or an electronic pen/tablet to write Chinese into computer document.The program has fast and accurate recognition ratet, and allows user to set his own recognition speed as well. The program's text-to-speech function reads aloud Mandarin Chinese for the written Chinese words and/or a block of selected Chinese text.
